1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our websites, funnels, forms, communities (e.g., Discord), content, or purchasing/enrolling in any mentorship or educational program (including materials or digital resources provided as part of such programs) (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering a legally binding agreement under applicable law. By using the Services, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that your participation does not violate any local laws or regulations.

3) Disclosure & Educational Scope

UTHEDGEOFFICIAL LLC is an independent educational entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any financial institution, lender, or government agency.

All mentorship, programs, and materials are provided strictly for educational and consultative purposes. We do not offer or perform credit repair, debt management, legal, financial, or tax advisory services. We make no guarantees of credit score improvement, loan or funding approval, or any specific financial outcome.

Any references to funding amounts, score ranges, or strategies are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect your individual situation. Individual results depend on personal credit history, business profile, and implementation effort.

4) No Professional Advice

Nothing in the Services, mentorship, communications, or materials constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, credit-repair, or investment advice, and no fiduciary, advisor-client, or professional relationship is created.

You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions and actions. You should consult qualified professionals (such as a licensed attorney, CPA, or financial advisor) before implementing any strategies discussed.

5) Payments, Billing & Refunds

• Pricing: All mentorship fees are clearly listed at checkout or enrollment and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. No payment plans are currently offered unless explicitly stated in writing by UTHEDGEOFFICIAL LLC.

• Refunds (at our discretion): All mentorship investments are final and non-refundable once enrollment or access has been granted. However, UTHEDGEOFFICIAL LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue a partial or full refund in exceptional circumstances where it determines that doing so is appropriate.
  Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@uthedgeofficial.com. The decision to approve or deny any refund rests solely with UTHEDGEOFFICIAL LLC . Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, failure to participate, missed calls, or dissatisfaction after mentorship sessions or materials have been delivered.

• Chargebacks / Disputes: You agree not to file chargebacks for services delivered in accordance with these Terms. Please contact us first for any billing concerns or to request discretionary consideration.

• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales or use taxes that may arise from your purchase.

6) Access, Accounts & Community Conduct

Access: We may require Discord and/or email access for delivery. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account(s).

Conduct: You agree not to harass, threaten, defame, spam, or share illegal or infringing content. We may remove you from communities, calls, or platforms for violations—no refunds will be provided for removals due to misconduct.

Fair Use: Do not share, record, or redistribute paid materials outside your household or team without written permission.

Access Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to any Service, call, or community platform at our discretion to maintain program integrity, protect client privacy, or comply with applicable laws.

7) Intellectual Property; License to You

All content, frameworks, templates, videos, text, and materials provided by us are owned by UTHEDGEOFFICIAL LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use these materials solely for your personal or internal business education.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, sublicense, publicly post, share, or distribute any materials without written permission. You may not create derivative works based on our content, nor present our intellectual property as your own.

We reserve the right to revoke this license and terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse any content.

8) Your Submissions & Testimonials

Content You Provide: If you voluntarily submit feedback, testimonials, results, or case studies (“Submissions”), you grant UTHEDGEOFFICIAL LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit for length or clarity, and display that content (including your first name/initials and general results) for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes, unless you opt out in writing. We will never fabricate or materially alter your statements.

Privacy: We respect confidentiality. See our Privacy Policy for details on how personal information is handled. Please do not upload or transmit sensitive data (e.g., Social Security numbers, full account numbers, or passwords).

9) Third-Party Tools & Links
We may integrate or link to third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Discord, Systeme.io, Google) to deliver certain functions of the Services. These third parties operate independently and maintain their own terms and privacy policies. UTHEDGEOFFICIAL LLC is not responsible for the content, security, data handling, or performance of any third-party service, and your use of them is entirely at your own risk.

10) Earnings/Results; No Guarantees

Any funding figures, credit score changes, client examples, or outcomes discussed in our content or programs are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as typical, guaranteed, or promised results.

We make no guarantees regarding funding approvals, credit improvements, timelines, or outcomes of any kind. Your success depends entirely on your personal credit profile, effort, decision-making, and implementation of educational materials.

11) Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

12) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UTHEDGEOFFICIAL LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, THESE TERMS, OR YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACTIONS TAKEN (OR NOT TAKEN) BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UTHEDGEOFFICIAL LLC, its officers, members, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
(a) your use or misuse of the Services;
(b) your violation of these Terms or applicable law;
(c) your participation in any community, mentorship session, or event; or
(d) any infringement, misappropriation, or violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification.

14) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any Service, community, or call immediately, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful conduct, or otherwise disrupted the experience of other participants.
You may stop using the Services at any time; fees already paid remain due and non-refundable.
Upon termination, your license to use any materials immediately ends, and you must cease all use and destroy copies in your possession.

15) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
You agree that all disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved in good faith through informal negotiation before proceeding to litigation.
Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Platte County, Missouri, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if eligible.
All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class or collective action.

16) Electronic Communications & Consent

You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including via email, platform messages, or text/SMS, relating to your enrollment and the Services. You agree that electronic acceptance (clicking “I agree,” submitting, or paying) constitutes your electronic signature and acceptance of these Terms.

17) Data Use & Acknowledgment of Educational Purpose

By submitting any form or participating in mentorship, you acknowledge and agree that UTHEDGEOFFICIAL LLC provides mentorship and educational services only. All information shared within this program, or collected through forms, is used solely for educational and mentorship purposes.
We do not offer credit repair, legal, financial, or tax services. Individual results vary based on effort and implementation.
We retain submitted information only as long as necessary to deliver Services or comply with law. You may request data deletion by contacting us at contact@uthedgeofficial.com.
All mentorship investments are final and non-refundable. By submitting, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Terms & Disclosures and Privacy Policy.

18) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest version. We will post notice of significant changes on our website or via email. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
