1) Overview
UTHEDGEOFFICIAL LLC provides mentorship and educational services designed to deliver value through both live and asynchronous (recorded) sessions.
Because access to materials and mentorship begins immediately upon enrollment, all purchases are generally considered final and non-refundable once initiated.
However, we recognize that unique circumstances may arise and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
2) General Policy
All mentorship and digital-service purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, materials have been shared, or mentorship work has begun — including, but not limited to:
Live mentorship calls being scheduled or completed;
Loom or recorded sessions being delivered; or
Educational materials, forms, or templates being accessed.
If no access has yet been provided and no work has begun, refund requests may be considered at our discretion.
3) Discretionary Refunds
Refunds may be partially or fully approved at the sole discretion of UTHEDGEOFFICIAL LLC if:
Access to mentorship materials or sessions has not yet been granted;
No mentorship work or communication has commenced; or
Exceptional circumstances are demonstrated by the client.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@uthedgeofficial.com.
We reserve the right to deny or issue a partial refund depending on the circumstances.
4) Cancellations & Rescheduling
Live Calls
If you need to reschedule a mentorship call, notice must be provided at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or last-minute cancellations may be marked as “session completed” and are not eligible for refund or reschedule unless otherwise approved at our discretion.
Loom / Recorded Sessions
Recorded video sessions are considered “delivered services” once sent.
Refunds will not be issued after delivery, but a replacement video or follow-up session may be granted at our discretion if technical or delivery issues occur.
5) Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of these terms.
We encourage clients to reach out to resolve any concerns directly via email before involving their bank or payment processor.
6) How to Request a Refund or Review
All refund or cancellation requests must be sent to contact@uthedgeofficial.com and must include:
Full name used at enrollment,
Email associated with purchase, and
Reason for the request.
UTHEDGEOFFICIAL LLC will review your request and respond within 5–10 business days.
7) Policy Updates
We may update this policy periodically to reflect operational or legal changes. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the latest version.
