1) Ownership of Content

All content published, distributed, or otherwise made available through UTHEDGEOFFICIAL LLC, including but not limited to:

  • Text, templates, and frameworks

  • Images, logos, and design elements

  • Videos (including Loom and training recordings)

  • Course materials, mentorship resources, and documents

  • Website copy and digital downloads

is the intellectual property of UTHEDGEOFFICIAL LLC or its licensors, and is protected under U.S. and international copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any materials from our Services without prior written consent.

2) Limited License for Personal Use

UTHEDGEOFFICIAL LLC grants enrolled clients and mentorship participants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use provided content solely for their personal or internal business education.

You may not:

  • Reproduce or resell our materials.

  • Post mentorship content, course material, or templates publicly (e.g., on social media, file-sharing, or AI training sites).

  • Claim our intellectual property as your own.

Violations may result in termination of access and potential legal action under 17 U.S.C. § 501 et seq. (U.S. Copyright Act).

3) Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.
Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512), UTHEDGEOFFICIAL LLC will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement submitted in accordance with this policy.

4) Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our website, Discord, or related platforms in a way that constitutes infringement, please send a written DMCA Notice that includes:

  • Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address.

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

  • The exact URL(s) or location(s) of the infringing material.

  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

5) Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe material you posted was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address.
Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your contact information.

  • The location of the material before removal.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was wrongly removed.

  • Your consent to jurisdiction in the federal district court for your address (or Platte County, Missouri, if outside the U.S.).

  • Your signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original copyright claimant files a court action within 10 business days.

6) Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to any user who repeatedly infringes copyrights or violates these Terms.

UTHEDGEOFFICIAL LLC also reserves the right to report egregious violations to appropriate authorities or digital platforms.

7) Trademark Notice

All UTHEDGEOFFICIAL LLC names, logos, and designs are trademarks or registered marks of UTHEDGEOFFICIAL LLC
Any unauthorized use of these marks, or marks confusingly similar, is strictly prohibited without written authorization.
